The TLV-MP series is a state of the art, industry leading Media Preparators that streamlines the operative workflow for microbiology laboratories. In one single device it integrates the preparation, sterilization, and dispensation of high quality culture media with outstanding batch to batch reproducibility. TLV-MP is designed to reduce total run time and deliver high volumes of sterile culture media thanks to its efficient heating system and fast cooling phase at the end of the sterilization process. Its advanced design allows for total traceability of all operations executed.

  • 50 programs available, adjustable by time, temperature or Fo, with the option of temperature control by flexible temperature probe or directly to camera
  • You can also decide to keep the temperature constant at the end of the cycle, adjust the dosing temperature, stirring speed and backpressure value during dispensing
  • Accurate dosing by pedal or peristaltic pump pulses in repetitive filling operations. Optional external dosing control with the DW-MP culture media dosing station accessory
  • Direct power supply from the water circuit or optionally manual addition in the second sterilization chamber
  • Advanced Cloud-based connectivity, remote control of several devices at once
  • Bacteriological filter at the air inlet
