Description

The TF-3000 Biotool Swiss automated bottle and test tube filler, automates the repetitive, labor intensive process of filling of tubes and bottles. The tube filling machine set up is easy, just place the rack (you can practically use most commercial rack in the market – as long as it fits on the filling platform and the tubes are held tightly in place and kept in an upright straight position), provide staff training on the intelligent yet simple to use software about the position of your racks, size of the tubes, and requested filling volume, then allow the TF-3000 do the rest.

The TF-3000 tube filling machine comes as a system with an integrated built-in peristaltic pump that is controlled by the software.

The LED guided arm will start moving in precision from tube-to-tube, filling up the desired volume, thereby freeing the lab technician from this tedious time-consuming task. Bottle and test tube filler features include:

COVID-19 Update

Our XY tube filler solution has helped over 30 Covid-19 laboratories across the United States and Canada with the process of filling hundreds of thousands of test tubes used for pre- and post- swab tests. One of our customers, the Broad Institute, converted part of their CLIA-certified lab into a high-throughput COVID-19 testing facility to serve the public health needs of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and surrounding areas. Broad’s team has steadily increased the pace and scale of diagnostic testing. Using the tube filling machine, the testing facility processes samples obtained from nasal swabs, using an RT-PCR assay, and has an average turnaround time of less than 24 hours from the time tests arrive at their facility helping process 100,000 Covid19 samples per day.
