At Neutec, as the business co-owner, naturally I wear multiple hats involved with day to day operations. In charge of talent acquisition, my aim is to help the best qualified succeed and grow as they contribute to the growth of Neutec Group. I love recruiting new talent but even more I love seeing the team that we have succeed. In my involvement in the various marketing activities in the company my goal to improve the visibility and reach of our solutions.

At Neutec, I am in charge of the company Sales and operations. I gain great satisfaction when together with my team of technical bio-engineers we assist our customers as they adapt new technologies into their laboratories. I am passionate about technological innovation, and as we introduce sophisticated instrument solutions I provide application support, as well. My Bachelors degree in Biomedical engineering with a minor in Nano-tech gives me a broad and detailed understanding of various technologies and enables me to effectively problem solve when faced with technical issues. I have a background in video production which I occasionally enjoy using to create application and technical videos for our customers. You can view some of these videos here on our website. I apply my martial arts practice on a daily basis at work to stay focused, disciplined and centered, when managing tasks while keeping a stress-free and enjoyable environment for others. Our customers’ needs are always on my mind as I bring my diverse office experience and attention to detail to Neutec, with the goal of making office procedures more streamlined. At Neutec Group, I am an instrument sales specialist, assisting our customer base impove their laboratory workflow by implementing our innovative instrument solutions. I graduated from UNC-Wilmington with a degree in Biology. Throughout my career, I have served to support the scientific research community. In 2012 I joined Neutec Group as an Instrument Sales Specialist. During this time I have had the opportunity to work with scientists on a variety of projects in many diverse industries and laboratory environments. I enjoy learning about the specific challenges each of our customers face, and working with them to implement our technologies for increased productivity and efficiency.

With an education in marine science, a focus in eco-evolutionary dynamics, and experience in entomology research, I have a diverse background in exploratory research. Sales was originally a part time endeavor but became a passion and I am fortunate that Neutec Group gave me the chance to combine both my interests. As an Instrument Sales Specialist Focusing on our national small instruments, I enjoy the opportunity of bringing our unique solutions to all sorts of clients and laboratories. I advocate for the best-in-class quality and features of our instruments and in doing so, help advance the capabilities of science in the North Americas.

As an Instrument Sales Specialist at Neutec Group, I take pride in listening to our customers’ needs and challenges to assist in improving their laboratory workflow with our best-fit innovative technologies. I graduated from Farmingdale State College with a bachelor’s degree in Bioscience and have spent many hours over the years in labs, so I understand the frustrations/challenges faced in research every day. Within this opportunity at Neutec Group, helping to ease these frustrations and challenges with our innovative instrumentation has become a passion of mine. At the end of the day, implementing these solutions helps customers work smarter, not harder, and I’m here to ensure that they can be the right solution for you.

I am the manager of the Technical Engineering Department at Neutec Group. I received a Biomedical Engineering degree from the University at Buffalo and so I have a background in mechanical as well as electrical engineering. I love the new relationships I get to create with our partners/customers, I enjoy travelling on site and working in the field assisting our customers through installing and servicing their equipment ensuring they enjoy maximum uptime. I enjoy the diversity my position allows me, but my favorite part about working at Neutec Group is how close the employees are, it truly is like a second family.

I aim to build stronger relationships with our customers, in order to provice the best support possible here at Neutec Group. My background in Biomedical Engineering allows me to assist customers on a technical level, while learning more about their goals and applications. Having this position gives me the opportunity to constantly expand my knowledge. The entire team here is always ready to help, and full of information. Neutec Group feels like a second home; and we hope we can give our customers the same experience.

I aim to provide comprehensive technical support and services to our customers, both remotely and through onsite visits. My role often involves traveling to customer facilities to perform installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting in order to ensure their instruments are functioning efficiently and reliably. I’ve always had a strong passion for solving puzzles and overcoming challenges, a curiosity that started since childhood and eventually led me to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering. This background gives me the tools to approach problems analytically and deliver effective solutions in the field.

As a Technical Service Engineer at Neutec Group, I am committed to delivering efficient, reliable assistance while fostering a welcoming and solution-oriented environment for all our customers. I hold a degree in Electrical Engineering from Farmingdale State College, which provides me with a strong foundation for understanding, troubleshooting, and repairing the advanced laboratory instruments we offer. I enjoy solving technical challenges and working directly with our customers to help optimize their Productivity. Being part of the collaborative and supportive environment at Neutec Group allows me to keep learning and growing every day and I spare no effort to bring that same positive energy to everyone I work with.
