Repair Service can be provided on- site or in- house at Neutec Group. Turnaround time for typical in- house repair service is within 2-4 business days, not including shipping time.
Expedited or Emergency Service also can be provided on- site or in- house.
Turnaround time for in- house Expedited Service is three business days, not including shipping time. Turnaround time for Emergency Service is within 48 hours. If estimated response time cannot be met, a loaner unit may be provided where applicable.
Repair- on- Demand Service is also available on- site or in- house at Neutec Group. These services are easy to order and are performed by our factory trained Service Engineers delivered to your full satisfaction. Following a quotation approval, factory repair service is performed and includes a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. Service agreements and Scheduled preventive maintenance offers peace of mind and the potential of identifying a problem before it becomes a costly repair and are highly recomended and appreciated by many of our customers.
