Turnaround time for typical in- house repair service is within 5-10 business days, not including shipping time.

Expedited or Emergency Service also can be provided on- site or in- house.
Turnaround time for in- house Expedited Service is three business days, not including shipping time. Turnaround time for Emergency Service is within 48 hours. If estimated response time cannot be met, a loaner unit may be provided where applicable.

Repair- on- Demand Service is also available on- site or in- house at Neu- tec Group. These services are easy to order and are delivered to your satisfaction. Following a quotation approval, factory repair service is performedand includes a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. Scheduled preventive maintenance offers peace of mind and the potential of identifying a problem before it becomes a costly repair.
