offer credit terms to individuals. However, we are pleased
to accept either Visa, MasterCard or American Express

shipped to New York addresses are subject to state sales

of payment does Neutec Group accept? |
We accept
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as checks
denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
Payment made by customers operating in countries outside
of the United States may be made through a U.S. dollar
draft, or a confirmed irrevocable letter of credit on
a U.S. bank. |

a minimum order amount for orders? |
| Yes. For
orders shipped within the United States, the minimum
order amount is $75 U.S. For orders exported outside
the United States, the minimum order amount is $200
U.S. |

return policy at Neutec Group? |
| We take pride
in our reputation for quality, prompt service and extremely
courteous and cooperative customer relationships. We
warrant that each item of merchandise sold by us is
free from defective workmanship or material. If after
inspecting your order, you are not totally satisfied,
call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-888-810-5179
within 10 days for replacement or return authorization

| What is Neutec
Group's exporting policy? |
| Neutec
Group has two options available for shipping orders
to be exported outside the United States: |
| We will
ship your order via UPS ground service or common carrier
truck to a freight forwarder of your selection located
in the continental United States. The F.O.B. point
is Farmingdale, NY, U.S.A. We will prepay
and add the actual freight charges to your invoice.
Your freight forwarder will then be completely responsible
for arranging transport from the United States to your
facility. Our export customers generally prefer this
option because it saves on freight charges. |
| We can
ship you order directly to you if you provide us with
your UPS or FedEx account number. All freight charges
are collect. Unfortunately, we are unable to quote freight
charges or shipping weights prior to shipment. |
| I operate
a business outside the United States. Will I be provided
with a Freight Quote prior to my order being shipped? |
| Unfortunately,
we are unable to quote freight charges or shipping weights
prior to shipment. |
| Does Neutec
Group prepare my export paperwork for me? |
Documentation
is not provided with orders unless we are instructed
to do so at the time the order is being placed. There
is a $50.00 documentation fee for each of the following
documentation services:
1) Preparation of a pro-forma invoice prior to shipment,
or
2) Preparation of any export declaration documents. |

the payment terms for export orders? |
| We are
pleased to accept either Visa or MasterCard as the only
methods of payment. |

| Yes. The minimum
order amount for export orders is $200 U.S. |
