Microbial air sampling devices are widely used in
Pharmaceutical and Personal care industries as well as Food,
Beverage and Environmental applications. Additionally, a
regulation for compounding pharmacies, USP 797(Download),
is requiring active air sampling in the level 5 and above
areas. IUL Instruments has established market acceptance for
a novel device for microbial air sampling. The SPIN AIR has
taken the air sampling process to a new level with clear
advantages for the user.
The Basic Air is the classic air sampler
reduced at its fundamental features. The rotation of the
plate has been eliminated, thus requiring a correction
factor for coverage. It was designed for users that don't
need connectivity to barcode, or duplicate simultaneous
testing capability. This user will generally use the unit is
a single location or in close proximity, so a carrying case
is not included. The sampling head is constructed of heavy
duty plastic. This is an economy version for basic air
sampling.
